Refund for Physical Card
If you have not received your product within 14 days of shipping, and after you have contacted us, and we have confirmed that your order indeed failed to be delivered to your delivery address, you may request for a full refund. Please note that we may also ship out a new card for you, free of charge. Contact us to agree on which action should be taken.
Defective Card
If upon receipt, your card is defective and you are unable to use it an a supported ATM or POS terminal, contact us, and we will verify on our end that the card load is untouched, and we may then effectuate a refund to you.
Refund for Card Loading
After you have reloaded a card, you have 7 days to request for a refund on the amount that was loaded. In order to qualify for the refund, we will verify that the most recent loading was not used, and we will transfer the balance back to us, after which we will effectuate your refund.
